Highlights

This Technical Code specifies requirements for protecting personal data within IoT systems by defining data privacy governance and controls across the collection, processing, storage, transmission, sharing, and disposal of personal data handled by IoT devices, platforms, and applications. It applies to entities acting as data controllers and/or data processors in IoT deployments involving personal data, including biometric, health, geolocation, and multimedia data.
