Unveiling MyTMAP2030 – Malaysia’s Roadmap Towards Digital Transformation

On 9 September 2025, the Strategic Communications and Multimedia Technology Roadmap 2025–2030 (MyTMAP2030) was officially launched during the ITU–MCMC Bridging the Standardisation Gap (BSG) Workshop on AI Standards and Governance at M Resort & Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

The launch marked a significant milestone in Malaysia’s journey to strengthen its digital ecosystem, enhance governance frameworks, and position itself at the forefront of emerging technologies. The event brought together policymakers, regulators, industry leaders and experts from across the Asia-Pacific to exchange insights on the future of AI standards, governance, and digital transformation.
